Norton Healthcare offers career opportunities in both clinical and non-clinical settings, including technical and data analytics positions. According to Nikki Walker, Manager of Diversity Recruitment with the Talent Acquisition team at Norton Healthcare, these technical positions include roles for data analysts and information systems. These job titles include People Analyst, Enterprise Resource Planning System Analyst, Clinical Application System Analyst, Business Intelligence Data Infrastructure Analyst, and others.

Norton Healthcare is a leader in serving adult and pediatric patients from throughout Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana and the commonwealth of Kentucky. The not-for-profit hospital and health care system is Louisville’s second largest employer, with more than 18,000 employees. They are also in the process of building a 7th hospital in West Louisville, Norton West Louisville Hospital, which will be part of the Norton Healthcare Goodwill Opportunity Campus.

A work commitment after graduation is required and is based on the amount of tuition assistance received.
